In honor of indigenous peoples everywhere we will learn the core principles shared by the many cultures of this world. Our young artists will learn universal symbols representing concepts like the cycle of life, the four directions, family and community and our relation to animals. Using these and their own imagination our young artists will create their own Mandala art from basic geometric patterns to the more elaborate.
